Yeah the frequency of my posts has been down. Typing with a cast sucks. Doesn't hurt just real cumbersome...kind of like writing with your left hand. Ohhh...burn!
Two nights ago I finally got on the trainer. Hate to say it but it was damn fun and an hour and 10 minutes flew by. We'll have to see how long that lasts. I'm jacked on CX still and watched Transition. Even more excited for next year.
But that same night I got a special delivery of some Hed Yo Mamma carbon fat wheels! Yeah I'm super lucky and now super excited for snow and winter! Oh I'm so fickle!
Today is my running day, shooting for an hour of trails.
